So I gained 1 pound back , I am NOT eating all of my recommended calories ... WHAT GIVES ??!! I am exercising , eating REAL home made foods , NOT large quantities , more fruet and veggies ... I JUST DON'T GET IT

Pulled up an easy workout video online and completed it with no problems , YAAAY Felt so good afterwards , I need to do more of these ! Had an egg and multigrain toast with Country Crock spread and 1/4 of a cantalope for breakfast . I WILL rock this body by September !! Yaay me

Okey dokie , First morning in and I am still feeling the effects of this darn cold , light breakfast , shopping , hair and nails done and some house work is about all the exercise I can muster up today . Maybe by this afternoon I will have more energy
