I am back to work and taught three classes. I know its only been 14 days and I was surprised how tired I am. I did not meet my protein grams for today, had no appetite and every thing was too sweet. I started to make my own infused water with English cuke, lemon, blueberry, and organic mint. Its very refreshing. Only 22 minutes on the glider, need to get back up to 30+ minutes.
