Been eating healthy although not all paleo. Have been controlling portions. I did go out to eat twice, but kept the portions low. This does not have a good affect on me, I seem to swell up after eating out. Probably from the salt. I have gained 2lbs, but I have biceps now...which has not happened in a long time. I'm very happy with the VERY noticable difference in my strength. My appearance is firmer, my pants fit about the same. I went to the gym last week 3 times and got a workout moving furniture. Some weeks I find it hard to log.

Whew! Exhausted from zumba and yoga. But my pants fit better!

Except for the weekend, I have been following the diet well. I plateaued until I took culterelle(I needed it). I have been following my exercise schedule fairly well. Still need to curb eating out on the weekends. It's nice to see some damn progress! Down 2lbs from yesterday. My body is so strange. 1 hr of zumba today and one hour of vinyasa yoga. The yoga has eased the stress a lot. And I've decided I don't have much to stress about. I have a good teacher. My pants fit again without horrible muffin top. On my body 140 and 134 are 2 different sizes.
