Looking forward to starting the Couch to 5k challenge tomorrow. Haven't run in years, hopefully it will go well! I have to remember to keep hydrated though. I'm bad at remembering to drink all the water. Another good food day though. Its getting easier!

Back on track today after a bad friday. Baking some low fat honey bran muffins to hit my sugar craving, they smell great. Its beautiful out today and I am going to try to get a walk in.
