Yippee!! Finally into the 130's -- and I've been there a couple of days, so it's not just a momentary drop. That means a 25 lb. loss so far, and the lightest I've been in 4-5 years. Have been a little slack in the carbs and exercise areas during the past week, so must get back into the program so that I don't lose focus and progress!!

Giggle for the day, I read this on another site: I thought about doing a fast, but then I thought, hmmm, fast food!! Well, maybe a groan, not a giggle!!

In spite of a splurge Saturday evening at dinner out, still a small loss. I'll take it, move on, and re-commit myself this week.

Overall, not really a good week carb-wise, but overall calories were down so I did still manage to drop a bit. Who knew shopping for a new TV could use up so much energy???? Maybe hooking it up will count as exercise too? LOL
