After using the leftover Herbalife products I have to jumpstart the weight loss somewhat, I am looking forward to seeing how much I weigh today. It's so much easier to boost the protein-carbo ratio on this diet, and in the past it has always sped things up. As long as I continue to watch my calories afterwards, I'll maintain the weight loss as I have before.

Wow. I just can't believe I GAINED... Followed my diet to the letter, danced, did a lot more than usual. I've been so sedentary for the past year or so. Could it be muscle? Dunno. I'm thinking seriously about using Herbalife for a week or so.
