the last time I weighed in I had gain 10 lbs. back my trainer said it was muscle. That I shouldn't worry because he had notice I was losing inches which is probably true because I'm wearing a size 12 now I was at a size 16. So the time has come in 2 weeks he will be weighing me. So I'm trying so hard to eat healthy and it's so darn hard. I see all of your success stories and I say to myself if they can do it so can I. thank you all for your support. By the way I forgot to mention I'm hiking again. Yay so excitex.
