Yesterday my husband decided to join in and do the 30day shred with me..lol. poor guy he is sore today. He was not expecting Jillian to kick his but. He did a lot better than me on my first day though.

So my morning is of to a good start..I made a 4 egg omelet packed with veggies and saved half of it for tomorrow...I have my lunch planned out.. tilapia, brown rice and veggies. I have chicken breast cooking on the stove for my chicken tostada dinner. So at least all of that is taken care of.
Did day 4 of the 30 day shred yesterday, and I'm not having to take as many breaks...very happy about that.

So surprised that I actually like salads with evoo and lemon as the dressing :) I'm also cutting out the sugar in my morning coffee just a splash of milk..yay for me . Hopefully these pounds will just melt away..hardwork and dedication will pay off..I Have to keep going!
