getting really frustrated. i am eating right and jogging about 2 miles + about 1 mile walking everyday, but my loss has totally stalled. i tried eating more because i thought i was not eating enough. but, nope that didn't change anything. not sure where to go at this point.

up to two mile jogs! feeling great. want to get up to three within i would say a month and a half. i am hoping to be able to jog a 5k entirely. hopefully i can get to three soon. the boyfriend says a little bit at a time! i agree.

so i think eating more is getting me out of this rut! all week i have been going from 155 to 156. the past two days i have been eating more, and now i am down to 154! yay!!! so hopefully, by the end of August I can be down to 150 or lower =D

Definitely in a bit of a rut. I am going to try and eat around 1400-1600 calories and see if it makes a difference. Focusing on eating most of those calories during the morning and afternoon. I read on the forum that the premium time for your body burning off calories from food is between 1pm and 5pm. So, eating a nice breakfast, and a good lunch, then a small dinner. Then, I will run tonight. I was hoping to get under 150 by the wedding at the end of August. Not sure if I will make it the way it's going right now. Sigh. Oh well. Going to keep at it. Thinking I want to do the Gate River Run next time it comes around. Think I will be able to do it this time.
