Getting really irritated as I have been gravitating above 200 lbs for the past few days, even going up to 203 the other day. I am getting reallllllly annoyed with it, especially since I track obsessively. Maybe Keto isn't for me. :'(
Anyone else experience this? Ideas?

So, after finishing a week of keto, I have decided that I am going to go back to weight watchers due to some complications. I really love this sight, though, so I plan to continue utilizing it and tracking everything I eat here as well. I feel like this last week has definitely taught me the importance of tracking EVERYTHING.
