I have been walking daily up to 6 miles. I have found a trainer and see him 2 times a week to work on strength training and muscle building. When you lose a lot of weight, you have sagging skin.

To date I have lost 90.2 lbs. I have worked hard to reach this point, and am working to reach my goal. It does slow down - a bit discouraging as the 1st part went fast. Has any one else had this problem, and what are you doing?
