Got back on track yesterday and did fine. Off to the gym this morning. I've entered that phase where things are slowing down (or stopping), and I'm losing motivation. . . it happened as soon as I had my first "maintain" at my WW meeting.
I'm trying hard not to let it get the best of me. I know the only way I can fail is if I give up, so I cannot give up!
It's hard, though, when you lose weight very slowly and others around you at the meeting are losing at much more rapid rates. . . it's exactly what I was worried about, going to meetings and becoming even MORE aware than I already am about how easily some other people can drop weight. I am just NOT one of them.

I have fallen off the Weight Watchers wagon. Not horribly, but I'm not tracking my meals/snacks, and haven't since Wednesday. I just don't feel like it. No desire. I have no idea what this is going to mean for me come Wednesday's WI, but probably nothing good.

Well, I maintained my weight this week. I was exactly the same at today's meeting; no loss, no gain. I guess I must accept this as a victory, with Easter being part of the week. Need to really get back on track and be careful because I want to see a "1" in the first place on the scale by the end of April, if not sooner.
