So I had work today, for 7 hours, in other words 7 hours on my feet all day, running around with plates of food and dirty dishes.
I had a tomato-lettuce-aoli(mayo) sandwich on whole wheat sourdough bread, and a crinkle cookie (brownie cookie, but better). Then I snacked on a sample of ginger cake we had out on the counter, and a little bit of red lentil and mushroom soup (about 1/2 of a small mug's worth). I logged the foods best I could on this system, I think it's pretty close.
After I got off work, I came home and went for a 3-mile run (to punish myself for eating sugary sweets). Tonight I'm supposed to go see "The Thing" with my boyfriend, I just hope I'll be strong enough to resist all the terribly unhealthy food temptations while we're out.
I usually weigh in on Fridays, but I just didn't have time today (and I'm waiting for my binge from Wednesday to finish it's way through my system). I don't have work tomorrow, so I'll get a full night's sleep tonight, then weigh tomorrow.
