Working nights..
I work nights 50 percent of the time, i always pack a healthy lunch and eat about every 3hrs, small meals.... i also pack portioned snacks so if ppl pull out junk food, I have a healtheir go to idea...HTH

Wine
is spritzer like cooler?
Beer is 5, light beer 3, vodka 3 (plus points for mix), wine 5 i believe. Some varieties of wine a bit better.... wine spritzer is what? Wine n soda??

Want to start weight watchers
I personally do the online and meetings, (monthly pass its called) comes out to just under 60 a month.........here anyway, which would be less in pounds, anyway, love WW.... is not short term fix, its sustainable...
I started valentines day this year, have lost 26 pounds and done it slow, steady, and in a healthy way.....
Love Love Love WW, would recommend it to anyone, my sis, mom and good friend have also done well.....
