Just made yummy chicken cacciatore over quinoa. Im not sure what the calorie count is but I used all healthy ingredients and had a relatively small portion....especially compared to my husbands heaping two plate-fulls ;) I feel more full than I should. I hope I didn't overeat. I dont think I did. Oh well... We will let the scale tomorrow be the judge of that.
I had a very good day. Im in jeans right now that I was not able to fit into for years. :) My husband is home and he is washing dishes (lucky lady over here) and we are about to leave to go get a dress I was practically drooling over in forever 21. I tried on the medium and it was too BIG so I have to go to another store location to get a SMALL. haha sorry. I just love saying that now. Maybe when we get home we will take a walk around the block, but we'll see. Very thankful for the beautiful weather and the fact that I did well with my diet today. I hope you all had the same kind of day. :)

Good morning, everyone! Well it's a new day and I am very thankful for that. Yesterday was not so great, especially the afternoon. Super bad pms, with on and off crying for no reason and incredible bloating. Fortunately I have an incredibly sensitive, loving husband who helped me through it. Also, I tried something that really helped my pms. I put on some classical piano music, closed my eyes and just did a lot of yoga stretching while I made a list in my head of everything Im thankful to God for. I felt better immediately. Fortunately God gave me the strength I needed yesterday and I still did well on my diet even though I was craving comfort foods. Today, my mind and body feel better, and I am back in the 120's. I know today will still be a struggle since it is still the week before my period, so I would appreciate all the encouragement I can get. Today will be gloomy weather which usually makes my pms really bad. I will have to keep in constant prayer today. God will give me what I need. My mom went to Texas yesterday to visit my sister. I already miss her. Haha I know Im a baby. Im just very close wih my mom. In the meantime, I think a good way to start today would be to make a list of a few things Im thankful for that's on my mind...

1.) My incredibly loving, hardworking, caring, wonderful, handsome husband, and that God chose me to be his helper.
2.) That my body is healthy and fearfully and wonderfully made.
3.) That I can have lunch with a very dear friend today.
4.) For my wonderful house God provided me.
5.) For the great encouragement from all of you, daily. A very awesome tool to use in times when you are tired of trying.

I wish you all a very happy and healthy day. Again, any encouragement is very welcome and I will gladly return the favor. Have a good day friends!
