zig zaggin my way down. i got up to 198 at some point and down to 182 recently. trying 30 hour fast once a week, but usually ends up as one meal a day then the rest of the week try not to eat sugar and processed food. this week has been a more successful week but i still cave to cravings. ah well.

Yikes. I gained a lot of weight. I got up to 195lb and had been stuck at 191 for a long time. Really been struggling with eating decent and not giving in to cravings and just unhealthy food. I got covid last week and used the week off work as opportunity to finally crack down and start keto and cut my addiction to energy drinks. It's hard to do, I had to be in the right place at the right time I guess. Covid wasn't bad btw, it just just a mild cold for me for a few days, but I gave it to my daughter also. She was fine, but I couldn't have anyone watch her so it got me the extra days off. Anyways, i lost 5lbs in the process and have been able to kick all the bad habits. I'm pretty sure I'm prediabetic now. I've been getting the skin tags and the acne in the places that are signs of it. I just have to stay away from sugar!! easier now then before thank goodness!

I did the arbonne 30 days healthy living and lost 9 pounds then 1 more pound after. Been trying to keep on the no dairy, no sugar, no gluten but not completely successfully. I ate poorly yesterday, so got to make up for that this week.
I'm feeling very sad. People just don't seem to like me. Keeping friends is hard. I'm unhappy at work and at home.

So I'm on day 17 of the Arbonne 30 day healthy living challenge. I started out at 190lbs and am at 185.8lbs now. I had got down to 184 but then made some bad food choices in week 2. Trying to get back on track, but enjoying this program and hoping to get in the 170s before my 30 days end.
