Well well well I have to admit that this week I was kind of frustrated because I was weighing myself everymorning and I didn´t see significant changes on my weight however today when I measured my abdomen, waist and hips, I´m extremely happy, I just lost 8 grams however my hips are 2cm less, abdomen 5cm less and waist 4cm less. I know the weight gradually will come off too.

week one lower fats and eating less, I have exercised 3 times a week and still no results. I have no idea what I have to do. my measurements are still the same too. feeling frustrated. but I will continue focusing, I won´t go back to bad habits again.

Day 2
I´m glad that I came back to this site, I found interesting info and found out that I´m eating too much fat and less than what I need, I´ll have to make an effort to eat a little bit more, and deffinetely change the way that I cook and eliminate some egg yolks from my omellette and my almonds and nuts.
so tonight I´ll spend the night planning my meals for the nxt weeks and see if the scale shows some changes

Day 1
I did well with the food,1225 cals and at least I´m not feeling hungry, I had my pm snack then 2 hours later work out and then dinner. now I have to prepare meals for tomorrow and then go to bed.
my macros, and this is the part that I really would like some help. I did
52% fat, coming from eggs, coconut oil, almonds and pork loin
22% carbs
26% protein,
I really will llike to see if that´s ok should I eat more protein and less carbs.
the carbs I did today was quinoa, and the ones coming from the veggies: spinach, bell peppers, carrots and from the creamer in my coffee.
