Success is deciding what I really want and then resolving to pay the price to get it. Stupidity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I'm letting go of fear and claiming what is mine which I have held right outside of my grasp for over a year now. Yesterday does not equal today. This time I resolve to pay the price, and I employ the tactic of distraction, which before I believe I failed because I was not busy which I thought was what I needed. I know from experience it is mostly a mental battle. I have been fighting harder mental battles than this. I've trained. I'm ready. I'm letting go of this weight that no longer serves me because I love myself enough to raise my standard. Exhale fear. Inhale success.

It's been 2 weeks counting calories and I can't seem to stay on track without binging. I'm going to try Keto because I think that may be the only way I can stay with the low calorie counts without having a sugar crash. I noticed the binges are on carbs mainly so I think this may work. I'm giving it a 2 month go. What is it they say? Stupidity is trying the same thing and expecting different results? So time to try something different. I'm also only going to track here once a day because checking in multiple times a day makes the effort feel like too much and then I get discouraged because progress feels slower.
