Another hard week.
I'm not sure how much of this decrease is fat, all of my lifts have been down for the last 2 weeks so I think that I'm starting to burn through muscle.
This is extremely counter productive, I get the feeling that my body is really starting to rebel against the low calorie diet.
Over the last month I've been increasing my calories on the weekend which has made me feel better, the downside is the massive energy crash that I experience by the middle of the week.
From next week onwards I've decided to increase my calories to maintenance levels, I'll still track my calories and do meal prep but expect my weight to increase by at least a few kgs as my carb levels increase.
1300 calorie days were manageable right up until I hit around the 95kg mark, I assume that my body is now fighting to hold onto the last 10kg (or so) excess body fat.
I'm giving myself a new goal, to have a sustainable weight of 90kg by July, this gives me enough time to recover from my diet fatigue.
Cardio will be continued as I've been doing though I might take a week off from lifting weights due to a persistent muscle strain that just won't heal, this injury may be due to being run down for so long.

Back on track after a bad few weeks.
I'm not sure how much of this drop is fat loss as I messed up last week and didn't do my usual meal prep, this caused me to struggle to hit my protein goals.
Doing 1 hour of cardio every day seems to be having positive results, I'll try to keep it up for as long as possible.

Honestly I'm happy with this weigh in.
Easter was a complete blowout, ended up eating around 12k calories over a 2 day period.
I'm not even exaggerating, lunch on sunday was 2 large dominoes pizzas, a garlic bread and 2 mini apple pies.
Even after months of dieting I can still pack it away.
Cardio was doubled every day to counter this and I ate clean for the week.

I'm a bit surprised as I'd been weighing heavy for the first half of the week.
7 months ago I worked out how long I thought it would take to reach my goal of 100kg and set "I should be around 100kg today" as an alarm on my phone, had it go off before my morning weigh in which gave me a chuckle.
As its Easter I'm probably going to put on some weight, I've been doing double cardio in order to try and counter this.

It looks like my refeed weekend didn't do any noticeable slowdown with my weight loss.
Just under 1kg down is still around 1% loss which is healthy.
Had a deload day from lifting yesterday so I'll be able to get a heavy workout in over the weekend.
I'm starting to see some progress around my waist, will need to buy new clothes soon because nothing is fitting.
