Ok-this has kind of gotten easier. I am happy to eat between 1300-1400 calories Mon-Fri. This works for me, I do not feel hungry, plus I do not eat after 7:00pm anymore. This is the hardest part, not having an evening snack. Now,I have to get my butt in gear and start an exercising routine and stick with it everyday.
p.s. I do not record drinking unless it is something other than unsweetened tea, crysatl light or lots and lots of water that I am now drinking.

Yesterday was kinda like my first "practice" day. I guess it was not too bad...but my willpower needs to be better. Today, we really try, with fitness and food. Let's get started.

Today I weigh 180 lbs. My chest measures=44, my butt measures=44, my waist=39, my biceps=14,my thighs=23, my shoulders=17. Today i begin to hold myself accountable. I hope this journal helps with that. I plan to eat 1300 calories a day, making healthy choices and logging all food into a food diary. on weekends. I will allow myself more options to eat food I may not during the week. I will give myself 500 more calories on Sat. & Sun. I also plan to do exercise everyday. To start, I will do 30 mins each day of walking, swimming or Wii fit. Once this becomes a habit I will then add in another 15 mins a day. I PRAY gOD WILL HELP MY WITH MY WILLPOWER and I know he will be guiding me to make right decisions along the way, I just have to listen! I wish good luck and good health to myself.
