Im still trying!!! i got braces back in Oct 2012 and since then i have not been able to eat the fatty food i used to. Not to mention evryone at work is on a health kick and that is good peer pressure.
So i have been juice detoxing with my Champion juicer and eating better than ever. I recently purchased the P90X system and i am intimidated by it but i will give it a go, whats 3 months right?
alright i'll report back in 3 months and let all of you know that i am still alive..:0)

So i was completely honest with myself yesterday and recorded EVERYTHING i ate from morning to noon. i was really shocked at how many calories i consumed and it wasnt even DINNER time yet.. ugghhh.. im soo grossed out with myself. Today i will try to monitor, REALLY monitor what i put in my mouth. Im taking a SlimQuick Pill with breakfast and at noon, hoping it will curb my appetite. We'll see, here goes. ahh! what the heck have i been doing?
well i'll tell you. I eat what ever the heck i want...
and thats why i havent lost weight.. because, im a wild animal when it comes to food. i dont feel the need to be full, i just feel offended if im reminded that i am dieting. so i if i feel like a cheeseburger, im having one. if i feel like i want enchiladas, im doing it! lol
HOWEVER, i recognize i need to be the one who disciplines myself. As weak as i am, i want to be comfortable in my own skin. I see everyone around me eating better and moving around.. while im fighting off the sleepies at 5:30pm and munching on some chips while im loading the washer.. or nibbling on some cheese while preparing dinner.
Today, i am drinking an energy mix around 3:30 or 4 so i can have some energy to actually press play and follow throgh with Denise Austin's 1990 EXCERISE show, i dvr'd like 2 months ago. My fiance tells me to delete it cause he's seen it has been there for ever..but i keep saying NO!! Im gonna do that one tonight.. then i turn around and try to look busy till bedtime. Bedtime is another problem. I know im not the only one who lacks sleep.. but i recently bought some WINE!! so maybe a glass of that before bedtime will help me get there earlier STAY asleep. Ok folks, im gonna give it another go, wish me luck!

im going to restart my start weight, but keep my goal weight. instead of thinking about the finish line.. im going to concentrate on 5 lb goals..not 10 pound goals. That way i feel like i can achieve them, reasonably instead setting unrealistic goals.
