Just joined a challenge that will be good one. I have to work out for five days and keep refined sugars to a no or minimum. I didn't see the challenge details at first but I like that. I'm thinking about doing a gluten or wheat free diet. I think I may be intolerant, curious to see how my body reacts. The fogginess in my brain, extreme fatigue, digestion issues, etc etc.

I actually was starting at 181 but now I'm at 176 after coming from vacation. Am I surprised no, although I didn't eat well I moved around alot more.

Needless to say I haven't been on any kind of regimen because we have been on vacation and we head back home tomorrow night. So i'm up for any challenge starting Tues. I haven't been doing bad anyway; and with vacationing that's what I was afraid of.

I'm recording my true weight. I'm a little disturbed I've gained almost 20 lbs back since Thanksgiving. I can see my biggest downfall is not losing or maintaining, it's Holidays thinking it's ok to eat, eat and eat some more. I have given up soda for the last 6 weeks permanently.
I've seen people say some things in "moderation" is ok. But there's a reason they don't tell drug addicts that. Some foods I just need to give up permanently. And some eating habits need to be permanent. I'm learning it's ok not indulge just because it's a special occasion. Because if this is the case, every other day would be a special occasion...Birthdays, Holidays, Cermeonies, Get-togthers, Family outings, etc etc.
