Stopped counting calories. I preordered Dr. Johnson's book: Alternate Day Diet. I hope receive it today. I can't wait to get back on track.
I am doing a Down Day today. So far, going well.

Down Day Increasing my self-esteem!? Sounds weird I know. But I am noticing that when I have a good DD: I stick with what I had planned out, I stay between 400 and 500 calories, eat healthier, and stay hydrated; I feel so much better!
I feel better about myself. I feel like I stayed in control. Verses the food controlling me. I hate when the food pulls me, I binge so bad I feel so stuffed, and so ashamed. The DD's are giving me a sense of renewal. A cleansing of my mind and body.
I still have trouble on Up days. I am still trying not to eat too much, and to make healthy choices. I have found that when I eat fast food, thinking "it's my up day", my system doesn't like it the next day. So, the DD helps me get back on track.
I really want to keep at this. I want to succeed. I am feeling a difference in my mind, so I hope to see the difference on the scale too!
