Hello Everyone
I was looking on MSNBC & I found this website. I am starting Weight Watchers the Monday after Thanksgiving & figured that some extra help from other people going through the same things I am might help me reach my goal, without quitting my diet & exercise program. So, a little about me. My name is Nicole, I'm 21 years old & I just got Married a month ago. My husband & I want to try to have a baby soon, but I want to lose some weight first. In 2004, I was on prescription Adipex & lost 60 lbs. I was able to keep the weight off for 2 years. I went from 190 to 130 & felt great. It was so nice to go from my size 14/16 jeans to a 6/8. But, within the last year, I started putting the weight back on. I'm not sure if it was from the stress of planning a Wedding, or what, but I know that one day I am going to look back & be devastated that I was a "fatty" on my Wedding Day. It also doesn't help that I have a 5'10" Husband who only weighs 145 lbs. I feel so huge next to him. It really sucks. Now that I'm back in my size 14 jeans & back up to 187 lbs, it's definitely time for a change. I've decided to start weight watchers! I already have my program picked out, I'm going to do the Flex Points Plan & stick to my 25 Points per day. I am really going to try to not use the extra 35 Points per week if I can. I am also planning on doing Pilates every other day. I know it's going to be tuff, especially since I can't just rely on waking up, taking a pill every morning & dropping 60 lbs in 6 months. It's going to be hard, but I want to be the "skinny girl" I once was. I am hoping that there are some of you that can help support me through this, I'm gonna need all the support I can get!!
