Day 3 of constant logging in. I am feeling much better and energized. Have to keep going. Anyone has any mantra for motivation to keep going, please share it with me. I need it now...I do not want to quit in the middle..^^Thanks.

My clothes still feel tight even though I have already been on diet for days(still less than a week). I guess it does take more than just a couple of days to see the inches off of my waist. I have to try to be more patient and think that this is just a journey to be healthy and have fun instead to keep motivate.
Today, my body is so sore from all that training. I am very tempted to skip the training today on the basis that I am recovering from my exercise. hmm....I want to go for the training still but what do I say to myself?? ><

Just joined the 10 miles challenge which is equal to 16. 13 KM per week!! It sounds a lot but I am gonna try it and see how it goes. It sounds exciting when many people are trying the same thing. ^^
