One month vacation with my family in the south. I logically knew what eating like I was eating would do to my body, not just the weight gain but the general lack of energy, and the new sense of shame when I go out in public, but I had a really awesome time, and it felt really good to not be so worried every moment of the day about what I was eating and when and why. I'm feeling way less stressed now, and despite the pretty intense set back, I've got full confidence in my self now. I know I can approach my diet with a much more balanced understanding. I will log all of my food, but I'm not going to cry myself to sleep over an overage. I've a clearer idea of how I can reward myself with non-food based things. Well, its time to get off my butt!
