Im 24 and from Ireland and want to loose this weight for a lot of reasons.... started out a few yrs ago on ww and i lost it no problems yes it was easy i read the rules, stuck to it and it worked and in a few months i was down to 10stone 13lbs from 13stone 9.5lbs.

Last yr between failing college and one thing and another it all went back on, bearing in mind i was 20 when i lost it (lost it for my 21st) also i stopped smoking, started to work in a night club so as u can imagine exercise went out the window as i worked lates all the time days were slept and nites i ate, and of course all the wrong food so ya it wasnt long coming bk on...the the "poor me" started to happen and here i am almost 4yrs later still moaning on about it....

Before christmas i decided enough was enough, no matter how much i complained to everyone else it wasnt going to help me loose it, no matter how much i said i shudnt be doing this etc nothing was happeneing so i went bk to the meetings, and i was shockingly heavier than before 14stone 2lbs.... so i got stuck in, my sister is getting married in may and i have to get rid of this weight before the wedding. I am supposed to be bridesmaid and i really dont want to waddle up the isle....

So its Jan 08 now.... and i am setting my first goal.... i suppose realisticly... and its my 10% weight loss which is 19.1lbs... so that will make my goal weight 191 - 19.1 = 171.9lbs

Goal 1 10% weight loss = 19.1.

Hi everyone..im 13stone 9lbs and wanna loose weight, im 24. when i was 20 i lost 2stone 13.5lbs on weightwatchers, then i stopped smoking, now im nk to the way i was again.. i beat myself up about it etc the usual said im this that and the other, now i think im ready to face it again,hopefully with the help of all ye successful weight loosers we all will Very Happy my sister is getting married in may (end of may) this yr and i would love if i had most of it gone, last time i joined i started in november and lost it by april so hopefully with a little motivation il have all gone by june Smile please help me and give me support and tips..

my worst time is the evening.... im so paranoid too bout starting the walking on my own, number 1 cos im the size i am, and number 2 im afraid of wat people will say about me, its hard to do it on your own, also beating myself up cos i probably wont even be able to walk more than 20mins.... and then the eating starts again... its a viscious circle.... Sad but ive my mind made up i wanna loose it so i just need a little push and support and hopefully i will Very Happy so successful members please help me start and how to keep the motivation.....
