Right - need to get back on the band wagon - have all but jumped off in the past few weeks - hence me not being here as much.
I am starting up again and this time will be better. I have been under a lot of pressure with buying a house, and work etc so have been munching too much.
Hopefully now everything should be working itself out and i will be out of my parents in a month which means no more Mum food, which for me is good, way too many potatoes and pasta and bread....so easy to fall off and eat lots.
But i am back with a renewed attitude and a slight incentive...my boyfriend is on the brink of proposing so will keep you all updated, but the thought of that happening and me looking all wobbly is not a good look! So bring on the weight loss and i will be upping the exercise!
Might need a little help from you guys though!

Been really cr*p the past few weeks (chocolate and curry calling me once again!) and as a result feeling hefty once more - just slipped back into all the old habits again which i really didn't want to do. It is so hard to get my brain back to being good.
Right onwards and upwards - no more junk, no more moaning, I am doing this for me and no-one else so it doesn't matter if I slip up as long as I get back on track as soon as possible.
Which is exactly what I plan to do!

Looking back on a good week's work, feeling fine and not missing the 'bad' stuff too much which is good.
I have a Birthday party to go to on Saturday and it's a set meal, so who knows what i'll end up with!? Oh well, where there's a will.....

Does anyone know how to change your goal weight? I had a miscalculation in stones:Ibs....definitely don't want to weigh 120 Ibs....will look like a skeleton!

All going well so far - having a bad day today though - had a massive fight with my boyfiend.....am so tempted to go downstairs and get chocolate....but ignoring it so far! Very difficult though as i am the queen of comfort eaters!
