I was at the gym for 2 and a half hours today. I wanted to stay longer but couldn't. I'm going to do the same thing again on Monday. I just love the pain you feel during your workout and I love the soreness after the workout. I just feel so pumped and energetic. I feel like I'm the only that gets more energetic after my workout instead of being tired and not wanting to move...
