I did really good yesterday I was at 1179 calories at 7 last night then I decided to have something sweet and a half of a soda. which put me a little over. Still I feel I did pretty good. I lost 2.2 lbs

Weigh-in: 230.0 lb

lost so far: 37.2 lb

still to go: 80.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

It has been a bad year as you can see I haven't been on fat secret in 8 months it although I have been watching my weight. In between May and June I had gone done to 221 and then my Dad died and I gained 12 lbs in a month. I decided it was time to get back on the horse I am going to try to stick to 1200 calories a day.

Weigh-in: 232.2 lb

lost so far: 35.0 lb

still to go: 82.2 lb
