Added 3 in 1 carb blockers last week. Now I'm looking for a good fat blocker and Garcinia Cambogia to help with belly fat.. (according to Dr. Oz. show.) So, we'll see if it helps. I hate this inner-tube around my stomach. Bet I could float down a stream with it. Not to mention how sexy it must be.

Today I add a 3 in 1 carb blocker to my diet. Noticing that I eat a lots of carbs not to mention the Damn Beer! So now its Green Coffee Beans, Raspberry Ketones, Carb Blockers, Vitamins plus B12.

Had to re-evaluate my goal and RDI. Life got out of control now I want to take back the control. Adding green coffee bean extract w/ svetol and raspberry ketones to help assist in my diet goal. I lost 5lbs but still look 6 months pregnant. Time to get back on track!
