I have the same story as most in that I've tried pretty much every "diet" that one can think of. One of my colleagues said it best what does the first three letter of that word spell? It spells "DIE" which is exactly how you feel when you embark on starting one! LOL Anyway today I just decided to eat to live. Eating garden grown vegetables, cooking healthy, eating healthy not just for myself but for my son. I plan on being here for him to raise him and be the best mother I can be. In order to do that I have to take care of myself. So begins this journey. I also plan to incorporate daily vitamin intake to ensure that I am getting the proper amount of calcium, oils, etc. in my body. and of course water, water, water, I am determined to make this work. I welcome any and all feed back, suggestions, etc. I can do this and so can you.
