Like most people here, I want to lose weight and improve my health overall. I'm setting a realistic first goal of losing 23 lbs and increasing my activity level. Activity has been a real challenge in the past several years as I shattered a knee and have a herniated disc. I'm going to take it slow and easy and just start moving! I had wanted to start on Jan 1st but the flu has been going through my family, so I'm getting a wee bit of a late start. But at least I'm starting, yes?! I'm doing Keto/Primal, which I have done in the past and had real success with it but with the stress of the last year I lost my vision of health and went back to eating in a way that I know isn't good for me. However, I know this approach works and I'm determined to see it through!!!
