hmm first journal entry.
Well not much to say.
I started my diet on monday so It's been almost a week.
So far
I've only lost a pound
which is disappointing but it's also my fault.I had some pretty unhealthy food this week.But
my sister already lost 4 pounds!
We're having a competition to see who can lose 20 pounds before Halloween and shes in the lead.I kept on losing and gaining the same pound.And neither of us exercised this week.Today I might exercise just to keep up with her.
