I am currently a stay at home mom who has recently moved to rural WV. My husband of two years is due to retire from the USAF very soon--actually was supposed to retire last fall but that has been pushed forward until summer of 2014. The kids and I came up to get them started in school here last August (2013) and are temporarily living in a trailer in my in-laws back yard(stress!). I have 4 children ages 12-23 living with me here as well as my 14 year old step-son. Since our trailer isn't large enough half of the kids are sleeping at my in-laws(stress!). I am absolutely ADDICTED to sugar and fast food drive-thru's. Can't seem to drive past without stopping, even if I'm not hungry. I am a grazer--never really sit down to eat, just always munching. Pop is my "drug" of choice. I get anxious, fidgety, have a pop and I instantly feel better but its ruining my teeth and my figure. This time 2 years ago I was living in town where I could walk to a gym that I could go to for free thru work. I walked my dog on a 2 mile loop at LEAST twice daily and did cardio & weights at the gym every day. Now I have no safe place to walk and the closest gym is a 40 minute drive away. I'm going to HAVE to figure out something that will help me lose this weight I've gained. (49lbs in the last year and a half!)I have no flexibility. I am moody.My skin and hair show my poor diet. Heck--I can't even sit cross-legged in the floor comfortably now!! :-( I'm determined to get rid of this weight once and for all....
