Well it seems as if my challenge of leaving fast food alone for 12 wks will be a lil bit easier for me. Call it divine intervention or just plain ole bad luck, but 1 day before i found this site i chowed down on some chinese food from my local mall and ended up with food poisoning.... Needless to say the past few days haven't been so great. I lost 4 lbs in 2 days b/c of it. So ready to get on the road to a better me!

Today was the day I decided to make a change for the better. I woke up and said "I'm tired of being fat!" I have a 7 yr old son and 3 daughters(10-13) who look up to me. I don't want to be the cause of any pain or discomfort to them b/c someone says their mom is fat. Time to make a change. Not sure exactly how I will do it and what tools I will have to use to get it going, but I am DETERMINED to make a change. I know it will not happen overnight b/c I didn't pack on all this weight overnight. The beginning of my journey starts now with admitting that I do have a problem and being completely willing to do something abt it.....
