Mowed lawn today. Got some good excersize. Been trying to be more active later in the day. Have always been more of a morning person. Have tried to cut out eating an evening snack. Just having snacks around 10:30 or 11:00am and around 3:30 or 4:00pm. Only have a diet coke once or twice a week instead of everyday. Drinking about 80 ounces of water every day with no problem.

Preparing for a colonoscopy tomorrow so on a clear liquid diet today.
Only Jello, clear broths, tea, sugar free sodas, and lots of water. Hope it shows still cancer free...
