I worked out for an hour on Sunday and OMG, I feelt every bit of it on Monday. To my disappointment, I realized that I have ZERO muscle strength. I couldn't even do 1 push-up. The rest of my family (all malles) were leaving me behind in every exercise, but I stayed the course and never gave up! Tonight I hope to go to step aerobics at church.

I went out and got a membership at the YMCA today. 38 years and this is my first gym membership ever! WOOHOO!! Now I just have to make sure I actually go to work out.

I started Atkins (again) on Mon March 30th. My goal is to lose 15-20lbs by July 10th (my birthday). I am in it mind, body & soul! I'm doing really well this 1st week, but I really miss my fruit and oatmeal... My biggest challenge is finding the time and desire to actually workout (ugh!!!)
