The Atkins diet is helping so far. Still hard to avoid temptation at times... hanging in there though.

WELL... I am bummed. The good news is I know why now. I went to the doctor and found out I have PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome). I am scared to death by the doctor so... dieting wont be so hard now.

-I keep trying to do a low carb diet. The first night I tried to stay on the low carb diet, my husband wanted to go to a BBQ pit place... now, he brings me Japanese food... I don't think he wants me to succeed.
