morning fat secret, I hope all is well with you and yours.mothers progress has been great she will be transferred to an inpatient rehab for two weeks to get some therapy.now as for meni have been eating everything the road has thrown at me and I can tell been feeling the garbage in garbage out.we will get back on track now workouts also have been slim to none but correcting that course.hope everyone has a great day till next time.

mornin, everybody been a few days back and forth over the mountain checking on momma mountain she doing well, getting g better, and she's had a great team of Dr's.What they thought was heart turned out to be fluid overload from dialysis not being weighed correctly or enough fluid pulled.thanks for the prayers it means alot.everyone have a great day.

Good afternoon fat secret. mother doing well afib under control and she has a touch of pneumonia.they moved her to a hospital that's bigger than ours since we are rural that has dialysis.she has been on dialysis since covid killed her kidneys we have a center but not a hospital equipped for that.she should be home in a few days thanks for them prayers and support.have a great day and again thanks for everything.
