Did pretty well today considering my normal eating. Had a nature valley granola bar and coffe for breakfast. A homemade breakfast burritto for lunch (tortilla, scrambled egg and sausage topped with salsa) and two pieces of pizza for dinner. Drank iced green tea all day. Really need to get off my butt and exercise.

We had a mexican potluck today at work. Great food, but not at all healthy. I had 1/2 beef enchalada, a tablespoon of five layered dip (refried beans, cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, tomatoes) a cup of guacamole, and two handfuls of lime doritos. I drank iced green tea.
I have a Wii but have not used it in months. I need to get up earlier in the morning an exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. I like the Wii but am just lazy.
