At my heaviest I was over 175 lbs at 5’2 I was obese. I don’t know the actual number because I avoided the scale. I lost some before gathering the courage to step on. There’s no control on how the weight distributes itself. I was asked constantly if I was pregnant, even as recently as 2 years ago. It was a food baby. 😩😩😩 I would choose to have a healthier lifestyle with Krang than to be obese without.

Easy keto meal ideas
If you have a lot of weight to lose, you can probably start without counting calories on keto until you plateau. If you have only 5-10 lbs, get an electronic scale and start tracking your calories. Pick one serving of protein, 1-2 of veggies, and one fat to have a well rounded nutritious keto meal full of fiber and vitamins.
