third day:
I weighted myself last night and found that i lost half a kilo in just a day i hope it is true and i hope it will continue. I added cucumbers and tomatoes to my breakfast and lunch to have more vitamins and energy because yesterday i felt so tired by the end of the working day.

i just reached 87 i dont no if this is healthy or not i have a very exhausting job and today and yesterday i have been feeling very exhausted i hope i can handle it and i think i need to alternate my diet to have more energy and decrease the rate at which om losing weight

second day at diet. i feel i have eaten too much yesterday though i only had 1700 calories but i feel guilty. My engagement party in a month and i wanna look hot for my fiance to be proud of me. i hope by next week i will be able to have more time for exercises half an hour jogging and half an hour swimming and will try to implement some pushups and situps. wish me luck.
