How much?
I'm trying to figure out how many carbs, protein and fat I should be consuming each day. I'm 5'5 and 193. I have been doing this for almost 3 weeks now and am trying to stay at 1300 calories a day but because I have not seen much result, I'm going to attempt to watch my carbs as well. I'm unsure as to how many carbs I'm supposed to be eating. I have seen so much about if you are watching carbs you don't need to watch your fat intake as closely. I'm so confused!! Help!!!

How do I change daily calorie allowance?
I had this exact same ? My daily RDI was set by this website at 1900 a day and that seems sohigh to me to try to lose weight and I wanted to change it to 1300 and was also getting frustrated. Thanks for clearing it up.

Daily Calories
Can someone help me please? When I joined and entered my weight, height and daily activity level, this site told me I should eat about 1900 calories a day. That seems like so much to me to try and lose weight. I'm 195 and 5'5" and sedentary to low active during the day but try to exercise and move as much as possible when not working. For the last week I have been trying to eat around 1300 calories a day. Does this seem right? Thank you.
