June 15th 2009, was the day i decided to change my life forever, i used to weigh 150kgs, now almost 4 years after, I'm 81kgs, with the goal of reaching 70kgs....
i work as a Registered Nurse, since my graduation, but i only eat once a day; if i had an 8 hours shift, but if it's a 12 hours shift, i will just end up eating 15 dates and 3 cups of green tea that day....
my diet these 4 years consisted of, 200gm of humus, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, 1 apple, 4 tps of yoghurt.......recently i only eat on the day i know i would have time to exercise...
to lose weight I've exercised everyday, and my current exercises have an hour on the treadmill i have at home, 500 pushups, 500 setups...
recently, I'm edging toward eating again, and I'm afraid of eating........
