Went off my cabbage soup diet 2 months ago, just to make sure all that red stuff coming out of meat was the cabbage soup and not something I should be concerned about LOL, and other then the floating 4 pounds (gain/lose) I haven't put back the 30 lb I lost on it so far.
since it's been almost 2 months I'm going to go back on it again until I lose another 30 lb. Hopefully that will be by October 1st.
then I'm going to go off it again for about a month and back on it and hopefully be in the 160's by Christmas

Went off the cabbage soup diet almost 2 weeks ago. I'm going to go back in it after memorial day. just wanted a break and I'm doing good. Still dropped a pound and my eating habits, all though I am catching myself "trying" to revert to my old eating habits. I'm able to stop them before I do.
Learning about how I eat has become just as important as what I eat. (If that makes sense)
Still enjoy the bad stuff from time to time. But at a normal amount. I use to live by, a little is good, more it better lol.
the hardest part about this is they just opened up and all you can eat barbecue /steak / salmon restaurant across the street from where I live.
Yes, I can smell it. But not going to do it. Worked to long and to hard to blow it all on 1 night of, well let's just admit it, 1 night of culinary intoxication. lol
But I will be good.

2 more pounds till I hit the 30 pound club.
I feel it might be quite an honor to be part of that club and I'm flattered.
but I want to get into the 2:20 so nothing personal I won't be with this club for long so
long.
