I like to weigh in every day for the graph data, though the fluctuations may cause unnecessary annoyance, so I might go back to the once-a-week frequency. Plus, there is a lot of data supporting the idea that weighing in a lot is detrimental to weight loss.

The LCHF diet has some details that doesn't jive with what I've learned, and I can't find the diet I am looking for (essentially a ketogenic diet macro breakdown of 65F/30P/5C). Might as well make my own.

I messed up and had a couple high carbohydrate days. Also, I am not drinking enough water to keep things moving, as it were. I was at 194.4. I'll take a 0.4 pound loss.
