Did you enjoy your rest days or did you want to exercise??
I ain't gonna lie. I enjoyed 'em. I needed some time to let the soreness work out.
-Has the soreness went away yet??
Yes. I am only a little sore in a few specific places.
-Did you want to or did you overeat on your days off of exercise??
No, it's the exercise that revs my appetite.
-What is the hardest part of diet or exercise at this point??
Time for exercise. My schedule is up and down in the morning, so I workout at night. That can be really hard if I've had a long day. Knowing I have to report it helps!

Back on the exercise wagon after traveling and missing a couple. Trying to make it up by doubling up some this week. Whew! I can do it; I'm so impressed with myself!

How sore? I was very sore before my days off. Especially in the mornings.
Hardest part of the workout? Crunches!!!!
Hungry? Not as long as I stay on schedule. Missing a snack is killer!
Fave food so far? 1/2 baja salad from Wendy's. (sorry. I'm out of town, I have to!
Gave up? Real coke ;(
