Lovely dinner of noodles with coconut, lime, coriander, lemongrass, chilli, garlic, spring onions and carrot, along side some vegetable Gyoza style dumplings...Groovy...

Well, another couple of weeks of up and down with grub...so I am quite happy to have not gained a ounce...will tighten my belt a little, as they say, knock my RDI down by 100cals per day see where I land in a couple of weeks...
