Haven't posted in a long time, seems like summer has been very busy. I am still plugging along, not two bad for all the times I ate the wrong thing. I kind of got on a three week plateau and lost interest for a while, but am now back on track and eating good. Hope everyone has a great week.

Kids all go to summer camp next week. It will be weird without them home. If I haven't said it lately....I really LOVE this diet. I am still not hungry but I make sure I get all my snacks and meals eaten. I like looking at all your posts and pages. You all are such great motivators. Have a great week.

Just wanted to wish everyone a good week!! Summer with picnic's, ballgames, etc. is hard, but remember the goal is attainable. Just take one meal at a time and eat the South Beach way!!
